A few years ago I got a call from someone asking if I shot weddings in Mexico, I said, "I do now!" I made my first trip to a small fishing town south of Cancun; my fate was sealed, and my heart was stolen by the Yucatan Peninsula. After seeing the photos, close friends wanted their dream wedding in Mexico, too. I invested in an underwater camera housing, and we set off into a lake, clothes and all.
Most recently, it was off to Kailua-Kona for a spectacular, tiny destination wedding. (The wedding was small, I suppose the destination was not…) Tropical locations and I are totally BFFs.

Destination wedding coverage starts at $2,500 USD
Every wedding is unique, regardless of where it happens. To best serve you, let's talk about your event in detail so I can give you a custom quote. When you book me for a destination wedding your cost includes my travel/lodging and work on your wedding day. I also include a session (typically the day after your ceremony and reception) where we can let our hair down, and spend some time together, without the pressures of having to "get back" to a reception and your friends and family. This relaxed shoot (often called "trash the dress" though I've yet to see a dress get more than wet) is a lot of fun and often where my favorite photos are made.
Destination packages also include your web gallery, your custom thumb drive, and a custom flush-mount album designed by me (with leather or vegan cover options!). You'll always have a beautiful keepsake of your Big Day, long after we've gotten home.
